How Did You Hear About Our Courses?

Testimonials

Thanks for an excellent course. I got everything I wanted from it….and lot more too!
Geoff Langan

A great fun, approachable way of getting to know your bike intimately. My bike
carries me safely and speedily round the city and the countryside; now I can  return
the favour by looking after it properly. Barry Parsons

Highly recommended, our teacher was excellent – very knowledgeable
and approachable.
There were only four of us on my course so it was

easy to interrupt when we didn’t understand.  About half of the stuff in the lesson
plan was familiar to me already, but it made me more confident in what I was doing.
And the other half was all new & very useful.  Since doing the course I have
completely stripped, regreased & put my bike back together and it’s running
better than ever.  On the downside, I’m gonna be gutted next time my bike gets
stolen.  Thanks, nick. Nick Mackenzie

I found the course at the Bristol Bike Project really useful and fun. I have
been riding a bike for a little while and often need to take it for repairs
but during the workshop we fixed up the gears and brakes and got it riding
perfectly, before my bike had been a bit heavy but now it glides like a
dream and I know all the ways I can fix it myself and the causes of
problems. I am signed up for day two and am excited to take the back gears
off and fix it all up. The workshop was relaxed and Henry was really helpful
with the stuff we needed to do to our bikes.

I have been back with my friend practicing the brakes and gears, it is great
never to be far from all the tools you might need and helpful advice on how
to do things, without which I wouldn’t have a clue, I am looking forward to
taking on a bigger project in the future. Fully recommend this course to
anyone. Proper job. Laura Meehan

As a novice cyclist, this course has helped me get to grips with the
basics of maintaining and repairing my bike. After an evening of expert
tuition in a very small group I now feel competent to keep an eye out for
problems and conduct running repairs. I would very much recommend
this course to anyone who has taken up cycling but feels that they don’t
really know what they’re doing when it comes to bike maintenance.
After this course, you will! Nancy Boniface
