In the spring of 2009, Alistair Oldham, a lecturer in film-making at The University of the West of England, contacted us about making a short film about the bristol bike project and specifically about the work we were doing with refugees and asylum-seekers.

We were happy to be involved and the filming was carried out over the summer and completed in the autumn of this year. The film concentrates on two of the gentleman we have worked with, Dahir from Somalia and Aziz from Afghanistan, and looks at their stories and how having a bicycle has helped them here in Bristol.
